Kevin J. Stevens PT, DPT, CSCS, AIB-VR, TPI-1
Born and raised in Olean, NY, Kevin went on to graduate from the University of Buffalo in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and then obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 2016, receiving the Richard Schweichler Award for having the highest GPA in the graduating class. Post-graduation, he has dedicated himself to furthering his education and filling a void in the area by obtaining a Vestibular Rehabilitation Certification (AIB-VR) through the American Institute of Balance, while also becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kevin recently received the Titleist TPI Level 1 certification to assist local golfers with addressing the underlying biomechanical impairments affecting their swings. When he is not working, Kevin enjoys being active and spending time with his wife, Kate, and two children, Caleb and Adalynn.
Anne Threehouse PT, DPT
Annie was born in Olean, NY and attended Daemen College where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Natural Sciences in 2009 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. Following graduation Annie was eager to return to her home town. Throughout her career, Annie has worked in a variety of therapy settings including outpatient, sub-acute, and acute. Annie joined the Focus Physical Therapy team in October of 2019 and is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside a team of people that share the same passion for providing excellent care for the members of our community. Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and being outdoors.
Kara Neal PT, DPT
Kara moved to the Olean area from New Jersey. Kara earned her bachelor’s from LaSalle University in 2006 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After obtaining her DPT, Kara worked in an outpatient facility that included both orthopedic and pediatric populations. She was able to split time working at the facility for the orthopedic population and the local schools for the pediatric populations. Kara joined the Focus Physical Therapy Staff as a part time therapist so that she can also perform Early Intervention for the local pediatric population. In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Brooke Kane-Walker PT, DPT, AIB-VR
Brooke was born and raised in Smethport, PA and attended St. Bonaventure University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, Kinesiology while also being part of their Division I Softball team. Brooke then obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University where she was involved in the being the Gross Anatomy Graduate Assistant and worked closely for a non-profit, Health Volunteer Overseas, to present various physical therapy topics to physiotherapists in Ethiopia and Ghana. Brooke has been with the Focus Physical Therapy team since May of 2023 and now an Olean resident. She just recently furthered her education by obtaining a Vestibular Rehabilitation Certification (AIB-VR) through the American Institute of Balance. In her free time, Brooke enjoys travelling with her husband, being outdoors, and spending time with family/friends.
Lauren Dynda PT, DPT
Lauren was born and raised in Port Allegany, PA where she went on to graduate from Slippery Rock University’s 3 + 3 program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2021 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024. Lauren joined the Focus Physical Therapy Staff right after graduation and currently resides in Port Allegany. Lauren is a dedicated professional who always welcomes a warm environment and is dedicated to the care she provides. In her free time, Lauren enjoys being outdoors, camping with her family, and being a helping hand to her friends.
Jillana Torrey PTA
Born in Coudersport, PA and received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Mount Aloysius College located in Cresson, PA. Jillana worked for almost two years in the hospital setting, which included short-term, long-term, and acute care physical therapy. She joined Focus Physical Therapy in the summer of 2019 and has been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting for a total of 4 years. Jillana enjoys keeping it light-hearted and up-beat. She is a dedicated professional who is constantly trying to learn and better herself and her ability to care for patients. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and staying active.
Erin Fleming PTA
Born in Alabama, Erin moved to NY after graduating high school. She attended Genesee Community College in Batavia, NY where she received her associates degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been working for 11 years and is experienced in multiple settings, including short-term, inpatient, pediatric, and outpatient rehabilitation. She joined Focus Physical Therapy in the Fall of 2019 and enjoys having fun while helping people get back to doing the things they love. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book and spending time with her daughter.
Hannah Dry PTA
Hannah grew up in Salamanca, NY. She attended Villa Maria College in Buffalo, NY where she recieved her associates degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. She joined the Focus Physical Therapy team in the summer of 2020. In her free time, she nejoys being active and spending time with her family.
Jordan Sherwood PTA
Jordan grew up in Eldred, PA and received his associates degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant from California University of PA located in California, PA. He joined the Focus Physical Therapy team in March 2021, which is his first job in the field after graduating in 2020. Jordan enjoys keeping an up-beat positive attitude while helping people improve their impairments. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family and being active outdoors.
